In our current sample, we have analysed 138 Google reviews across 19 South Africa centres, covering approximately 7.9% of the 240 known SOUTH AFRICA locations. Sentiment in this sample is strongly positive: 97% of written reviews were classified as positive, while all ratings average 4.86 out of 5. Reviewers most often mention staff support, maths progress, confidence & motivation, english & reading, individual attention and worksheets & practice. These findings should not yet be treated as representative of every South Africa Kumon centre.

This is a beautiful education system designed to get your child to thrive, with excellent teachers guiding them and consistency at home we have found it an essential part of our home routine and learning.

View original Google reviewI started off sending my youngest to Kumon, and immediately saw the benefits. When I noticed my older 2 were struggling with some basic concepts I ended up sending them as well. My girls are grade 6 and grade 4, but after just a few months they have both commented on seeing the benefit of doing Kumon. They are more confident with how they approach maths, their exam technique has improved and they have seen an improvement in their results. Would definitely recommend Kristen and team!

Safeguards Regional comparisons require at least five centres and 50 reviews. Time comparisons require at least 50 reviews in each 12-month period.
Limitations Google reviewers are self-selecting, automated labels can be imperfect, and the collected sample is not a random national survey and does not establish educational outcomes. Wider coverage alone does not remove selection bias.
